Call us, we will explain the building process and run through exactly what we do: we take care of your build, making it so easy.

 

All contracts are supplied by us, although we suggest you get your lawyer to check the build contract. All council paperwork is taken care of by us.

From contract to move in, approximately 6 months

 

On completion of the project a 10-year Masterbuild guarantee and Council Code of Compliance is issued. Read our testimonials to find out what our customers have to say about our quality workmanship.

 

Exterior cladding is a combination of brick, Linear and Stria – see our gallery.

 

All Palace development houses have double glazed windows, insulated walls and ceilings meeting NZ standards, and quality carpets in living and bedrooms with 11mm underlay, including garage carpet.

 

We install Fisher and Paykel energy-efficient kitchen appliances and LED (light emitting diode) light bulbs.
