In 2004 brother-in-laws Stewart, a building contractor – Stewart Rose Builders Ltd and Mike an electrical contractor - Intelectric Ltd decided to combine forces on a development project.
Mike owned an old villa on a subdividable section which he used to flat in on Mahoe street in Te Awamutu, together they proposed to develop the site with two townhouses.  The old villa was affectionately known to many as the “Palace” and hence the genesis of “Palace Developments".

Palace Developments have gone on to numerous other successful projects and Te Rahu Road subdivision is the latest in their offering.
